TAKE ACTION: Support the Tennessee Lands Unsuitable for Mining Petition.

In 2011, Tennessee submitted a Lands Unsuitable for Mining Petition to the Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement (OSMRE) that would permanently protect more than 67,000 acres of public lands on the North Cumberland Plateau. Last month, the OSMRE issued a draft report approving that petition.

Now we need your help making sure that the OSMRE moves forward with its draft approval.
