During my past 4 months as Shiva's Team leader, I've come to appreciate and deeply respect Shiva's willingness to accept a responsible "lead-from-the-front" role in all of the projects assigned to her. Shiva happily meets and exceeds the productivity required of her for any project, all the while holding strict standards of excellence and accuracy for the work she diligently performs. Her outstanding technical acumen in concert with here dogged tenacity, allows Shiva to learn new technologies and programming environments quickly and to rapidly become highly adept with in these domains in a very short period time. Shiva's empathy and consideration for her colleagues and team members serve to bolster group morale and make for a pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere with in the unit. While Shiva departure will leave a "hole" here at Appalachian Voices that will be tough to fill, my colleagues and I are better for our experience working with Shiva. Mr. Jeffrey Glenn Deal IT Specialist Appalachian Voices PS: Shiva was EASILY smart enough to attend the Greatest University in the Cosmos, The University of North Carolina a t Chapel Hill...GO HEELS! Please don't take the tragic event of Shiva's tenure at Duke University (I use the term loosely) as some infirmity with in Shiva's VERY fine character or intelligence.
