I want to go to the Virginia Rising rally in November. I have just recently decided to get involved in the movement against mountaintop removal and hope to participate in events like this one. But, I live in Pittsburgh. To get a bus or train, because of schedules I would have to take three days off from work, which I can’t afford to do. If I drive it would mean two days off and a hotel bill. I don’t expect you to change the date. I’m just wondering if events like this could be scheduled on Saturdays. I suppose it’s important to be there on a workday when the EPA office has people in it. A Monday or a Friday would make getting there easier, but the middle of the week is just too hard to do. Something to keep in mind in the future. Hope this one will go well.
