You can’t preserve the way of life by destroying it. It is so obviously a mistake to destroy these mountains. The people need to move on and find new jobs.

I heard on the Diane Rheem show that it was a bone thrown at the UMW miners at that site. Also, heard that there were more mountain top sites with high numbers of UMW miners. Does that mean that they will be approved by this administration, too? We were told that on the NPR show today that the spokes people at EPA were displeased that NPR was airing the show.
C’mon folks, let’s get behind the effort to STOP these rapes of beautiful mountains, and the people that have to live there. Thank-you, Mickey
