One of the largest coal companies who will remain nameless for the time being, presented maps as part of a permit package and changed the names of the surface owners to reflect themselves as property owners to avoid notification to me. Then they pulled a mountain top removal under the name of reclamation then the state released bonds under the name of reclamation. Oh there is more, they transfered my property to another mining company and neglected to tell me with the state having full knowledge of whatg was going on. We are on our 6th Status Conference to just get the maps changed.
