Rule 1 no mining should be aloud on or near any fault line, Now if their is anyway to prove that a stress point was contacted to cause the increased earthquakes including the Magnitude 6.0+ it could come to a halt. Now I would agree more to wind power on the ridges would supply more energy than the coal that is removed vs long lasting perminet damage to the enviooment

Someone should work on getting Dateline to pick up this situation. Make it more well known to the rest of the country. Because of many Datelines specials things have come to peoples attention and have ultimetly got plenty of done to change laws and such.
